Steve McQueen-Inspired Metallic Range Released

Vallkree’s Metallic Range has just been released featuring the Mechanism.
Drawing on the old school motorcycle classics of the sixties and seventies - namely Steve McQueen's whip in the Great Escape - it’s all greased, with a long range battery, stainless bolts and nuts to ward off rust, high tech integrated tail lights and grips from the Harley Davidson factory.
The Mechanism is all-Japanese engineered with a Japanese motor and electronics. The high tech color display features a passcode immobilization system (you need a passcode to operate this thing). The display also contains a speedometer, odometer, diagnostics (if something has gone wrong), battery life and allows you to toggle between five levels of pedal assistance.
The Mechanism has three modes: eco-assist mode for a long distance trip to conserve battery; normal mode for a cruise through congestion or busy streets; and power mode for gunning it when the coast is clear.
The battery sits in the alloy fuel tank and can be charged remotely or simply left in the bike to charge.
Vallkree is proudly Australian-owned. Founded in Byron Bay in 2012.
